PM question

Hi i have a question about when users sign up on your forums... how can you automatic set PM on and not off... right now its set on OFF but i want everyone to be set at on...

how do i do that?

If you've searched in the admin control panel (and also possibly the usergroup permissions page for vB3) and can't find the option, then you'll have to hardcode the solution. Just look within register.php for any SQL queries that might be setting pm usage to 0, and modify that to 1.
