umm where it says "last posted"....
 
You know where ..when you go into a profile of a member, and it shows where they last posted, and the topic name? I've been told that the members can see the topics of the topics we hold in private forums..

is there a hack or a modification to fix this problem? I thought the members couldn't see it..but I guess I was wrong..

No, you're right, guests, etc. who don't have access to private forums can't see the posts that are in private forums as well, in profile view.
