Multiple Announcements, Different Announcement Threads

I was wondering how to do that... Whenever I keep adding an announcement, it just adds the announcement on top of the one I had previously, in the same 'thread'. I was wondering if I could add another announcement, by making it an entirely new 'thread'.

I'm working with a 2.3.0... Any help is much appreciated.
