Display Listing of Usergroup Members

I've been looking all over the forums, but haven't been able to find a hack like this. Essentially, I've got a php page that's vBulletin-powered (basically, included global.php), and I want to be able to call up a listing of all members of a specific usergroup.

Does anything like that exist out there?
