The VB.or "Similar Threads" hack?

I've been looking for this on the board, and have been unsuccessful, but, is there a hack somewhere in here that allows you to add the "Similar Threads" area that is on the bottom of these forum pages?

I wanted to add it to my forum.

Thanks. I had actually found it, but confused it with the "Similar Topics" hack.
