View Access Mask by Forum, Member
Original code by Kazak was modified. Many thanks!
This hack will allow the admin via a link in the acp to see Forums and Members' access mask in one list. It will ONLY SHOW members who have NON-DEFAULT permissions to a forum. Tested on 2.3.2. This hack comes with no support however i do not mind fielding questions regarding it should you have trouble. Please PM me here as i receive pm notifications via email. Installation is EASY! For full details, please see attachment: ViewAccessMask.txt. 1. upload accessmask.php to your /admin/ dir. 2. insert one line of code in /admin/index.php (see instructions: ViewAccessMask.txt) 3. in accessmask.php replace "**ENTER YOUR SITE HERE**" with your forum address. 4. click the link in the acp! |
Could be handy. :) In the accesmask.php there is your address in the code, this must be changed. Good work.

Yea, could come to use :)

i realized that it wouldn't be the kind of utility one would use daily or even weekly but when you forget who can see what, it sure does come in handy!

Thanks, this is really handy! Lets me see at a glance who has access to what, and also see whther I've botched anything when I've assigned Access Masks to users. (Yes, my worst fear!) And it was very easy to install. Thanks for the good work.
