What is user doing on profile

Does any1 know if this hack exists?:

It would, upon request of the user profile screen, tell you thru a new field, what is user doing by the time you're seeing his/her profile, ie. the SAME information you'd get if you go to WHO'S ONLINE, but only for that user.
