maybe you should ask the creator of the logo nakkid aka Teck instead of us?

It's just a photoshop tutorial. I can't remember where it is but if you follow exactly what the tutorial says you can get the exact thing that is in the banner.

errr if i remember correctly

it's gradient -> (something i can't remember) -> cut in half, flip on it'self -> merge down layers - > Polar Co-ordinates (the round one lol)

that's about it.

theres a few permade actions that will get around the same results also :)

It's made from a tutorial in the book called Photoshop 6 Down and Dirty Tricks

It's quite a few steps to recreate it.
