this is mine at present

Server Load Averages 16.53, 15.30, 14.81 7 users online (5 members & 2 guests).

whats going on ? does it hav sumthing to do with photopost? i do hav 3 different optimisation hacks by filburt and locican however the load is still high. i have vb 2.30

i dont think its vb2 thats cuasing it to run that high

I presume there's nothing else huge running on the server?

Ok, well you're not on a dedicated server then. Could be anything if there are other sites on there hogging resources. Contact the server admin?

what about my GZIP Output and GZIP compression level ? what should that be on ?

Server loads relate to the whole server. If you have other busy sites on the same shared server, then there's nothing you can do unless you go dedicated.
