Help with hack please

I an new to all this and have never installed a hack before, I am interested in the PM quota by usergroup hack here

However I do not know what to do and there doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to install it.

Could someone please point me in the right direction

edit your php files then re upload them

with this particualr hack this is what you hav to do

Queries to Run (1) > via php my admin
File Modifications (11) > via txt editor then using ftp to upload
Templates to Edit (1) > via admin control panel

I already downloaded the file but like I said other hacks I have seen have a little readme attached but I have no idea what to do with this one.

its the same as the others just open it in a text editor
