Page setup

If I buy a vb license is there any companies or people out there I could pay to help me set it up and create a page/portal??? If so, does anyone recommend anyone in particular??

you can buy the vbulletin.com team to set vb up for you.

as for portal and other custom pages you can post in our service request forums, to ask for someone who can help you.
