a sad day for atmyparty.com
RE: www.atmyparty.com
A couple of weeks ago my web tech decided he was going to upgrade the server software that atmyparty was hosted on.... he did the right thing in backing up the site prior to the upgrade. When he went to re-install the site it was found that the hard drive he backed up on was faulty. ..... there is nothing left of atmyparty.com .... 12 months of hard work and energy down the drain i dont even have a membership list. Do I reduild? |
your dam skippy you do? didn't you have no backups on your hard drive or nothing?
sorry to hear that dude and good luck at making it big again :) |
I'm sorry to hear that.

is bad news that traffic but end of day any webmaster just know to backup all files to H/D first. You have now learnt a valuable lesson here and will know for next time.
To see all your work go down drain is even worse - members and all as means starting afresh now. Only thing to do is rebuild but rebuild better than last time.Improve on what u never liked before and you may have a better board than you previously did. |
When you do something like this, ALWAYS make THREE BACKUPS ON SEPARATE COMPUTERS. One at home, one on the server, one on another server with your host. Just in case.
