Link problems

Hello. :) I am co-owner of The OC-Boards and we began having a link problem last month.

Here is what is happening:

http://www.theoc-boards.com/forum/fo...boards.com/%22

The link is supposed to be: http://www.theoc-boards.com but when it links them, it adds: http://www.theoc-boards.com/forum/forum/admin//%22 to the beginning and /%22 to the end.

Can someone please help me figure out why that is happening?
