is it normal ?
 
is it normal that Sophocle, the admin of the forum http://www.vbulletin-fr.com/
distributes some hacks (http://www.vbulletin.org/) to unknown people who don't own the licence of VBultin?
I know that it is not allowed, and that you are directly concerned by it!
I have proves to show that Sohpocle violated the rules.
What do you plan to do about it?

It is only allowed if the original author has explicitly stated that his/her hacks may be redistributed. In my case, I always deny that.
