Allow multiple images inline within message?

How can I allow multiple images per message all be shown inline?

Also, how do I make sure all images are shown for old posts too?

In each message I want the ability for users to upload as many images as they want. The images should all be displayed too, no attachment links.

Thank you,
rob

Have you tried:

?

well, I have vb3, so I don't think we're talking about the same thing.

I can upload multiple images now, but they don't show "inline". They display an attachment link. I want all the images actually displayed.

vB3 hacking isn't allowed.

And besides, what you are trying to achieve can be changed via vBOptions (IIRC)

Where exactly in the vBOptions can it be changed? I've looked everywhere and thought I tried everything.

Hi Rob,

In vB3 you cannot have more then one inline attachments. If you have more than one attachment then they become links. The only option is thumbnail view. But I don't like thumbnail views and chose to limit attachments to just one.

That's too bad. I think they would let the admin allow multiple inline. From what I've seen of the thumbnails I like them. Any more insight why you don't like them?

Thanks.
