Make register button flash or blink for guests

This seems relatively simple to do. Would someone be able to create a hack that has the register button blink every once in a while for guests to catch their attention?

Hi Sticky,

The easiest way to do this is to change the "register" gif to an animated gif , which alternates between clear and the button.

Simply ftp this back into it orginal position and your done!

You dont need to worry about Registered members as they shouldnt get the register button if their cookies are on!

Thanks for the reply but registered members still see the register button at the top, it simply won't let them register again if they are logged in. Any other ideas?

Thank you, I installed that word for word. The register button is gone, but now, for some reason, the usercp button is not lined up correctly with the other buttons. It is lined up underneath. Here is a pic:

the original buttons have some hspace values

add in the image hspace="8" inside the image tag
