Are there any portals for VB 3 yet????

and if so what seems to be the most stable and is easy to install?

No, since vB3 hacking isn't allowed.

Although, I have finished a vB3 portal and it will be released here and at vBulletinTemplates. It won't be long til it's released;):)

There should be a hand full and a half of portals as soon as it goes rc.

I think every one who knows how to hack has made one.

I know I have had mine since the first public beta.

I have a new site i want to put up and not a lot of time to write my own stuff.

i guess i'll have to wait for them to be released

Well your prolly best off waiting, never know the changes that will come next.

They just moved all sorts folders (images) which I found about pointless.

vb3 hacking is not allowed here until vBulletin hits the first release candidate. You'll have to wait until then. Sorry :)
