How to restore Database.

I know, maybe a stupid question. But oh well, I gotta know this. See, I recently screwed up the user table, and now some users won't show up in the members list. I made a back up earlier today, but I don't know how to restore. I use phpMyAdmin. Thank you in advance.

Or you could of just ran the query

REPAIR TABLE user;
[/SQL]
