What does this hack do?

It will remove all users with 0 posts from the members list, so that they can't be found by other members. This is useful if you want to show only the active users, who have made at least one post, instead of the ones who only register to use member-only functions ;)

Any way to change this so that it keeps them out of the standard member list view but they still show up if you are viewing the list by date joined?

Fairly simple, but if my site was to ever be big we want only the best members to be on the Members List, good idea.
