Automated backing-up database
 

hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to make your admin/cp automate either once a week or everyday backing up your database, the website I work on has a 600mb database and hundreds of posts are created everyday and I am responsible for the backing up of the database on a daily basis, I am just wondering if there is any way to do this

You can do this using a cron job. I suggest as a minimum daily backups. In 1 week a lot can happen to a site.
