Steve you can pick up a good multi-region DVD player for around $130. I had to hunt around when I got mine about two years ago. They're probably even cheaper now :)

I've got a nice Yamaha DVD player. Goes great with the Yamaha surround sound that came with it...as a package. Differences are that I didn't get it for free and also, I didn't buy any tyres :p

The technicality there is that you don't have a car, either :p

I have a car, but I haven't bought tyres, or got a free DVD player:(
