Guest Entering my Private Forum !!
 
Hi ...

Once a day .. I checked ((Who's Online )) on my vBulletin 2.3.0 and I found that a (( Guest )) browsing a private forum which should viewable for the admins and moderators only !!

A double-checked the forum permission and it was OK ..

So how come that this Guest browse my private forum ? Is it a security hole in vBulletin Version 2.3.0 or it's just a bug that shows one of the moderators as a Guest ???

More than likely to be a search robot. It can't see anything and is probably getting a no permissions error

If you didn't used its link in any page or thread publicly, it may not be a search bot because it wouldn't know the link to browse in the first place.

But I would suspect a mod/admin that accidently logged out and then visited the link (say via IE Favorites or History). As assassingod mentioned he can't see the forum anyway so no worries..
