Disable Signature Hack

I would like a hack that allows admins to be able to disable certain users signatures. It would come in handy for people who just don't seem to get the idea of not breaking the rules in their sigs.

Think anyone can come up with this?

it will you allow to suspend a user's signature and edit it.
