Split vb2.3 database and upgrade to vb3
 
I would like to Split my forums (into two different sites) and upgrade to vb3

What is the easiest way to do this?

I have 1 site that is going to split in 2. I also want to upgrade to vb3 at that time.

easiest way would be to duplicate the database.

then i'd run this hack (if it existed) https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=56158 so ppl could opt out if they wanted too but the long way round.

and that's about it, you'd be sorted
