Restricted Admin
 
I was wondering if anyone could make a hack for me that would restrict administrative powers in vb3. The idea is that I would like to be able to create a usergroup called for example musicAdmins. This user group would be able to deal with all aspects of the forums under my Music forum but no other forums besides that one. They would also be able to set moderators, admins, anouncments etc... in there domain.

Please do not request VB3 hacks until vb3 is in RC state. This is a request from vbulletin developers and you can find the details in the home page of vb.org.
