Clean Table Attachment

I see to my Db and the table of attachment is 350Mb :ogre: I can clean it? Or I received error ( I think that after in my forum I see at "x" where before there is a image)

Run this query:
[SQL]
DELETE FROM attachment[/SQL]

This will empty the entire attachment table

Yes, I can go to Myadmin and clear the table.
