News column on right side of forumhome
 

Hi!

I'd like to add a column for news headlines, so that it shows up on the right-hand side of the forumhome. An example of how this could look: WHT

From what I gather, this should be a fairly simple (?) template modification... I've tried searching here and elsewhere, but I'm not really sure what hack/mod I should use for this purpose (if any). I really just need a side column that fits in and matches the look of my (custom made) vB style, as for the news I'll either post headlines linking to articles on the respective news sites, or use AvidNews; which is a news script I've purchased.

Could anyone advise on this subject...?
