Is there a hack that puts the smilies into individual display order like in vbulletin 3?

do you mean like you can order them around? If so i think Chen came out with that hack

If you mean, Categories, that hack exists too.

No I dont want categories... I already have that one. And yes I mean like order them around. I will search for FireFly's hack
