vB 2.3.0 Member Can't View Replys

ok .. I was wondering if there was a thing where lets say you were mod admin or super mod and you posted something in 1 forum. like a quiz, and you wanted people to be able to see the first post, then the memebrs post their answers, but can't see any of the members posts, just the athoritys. does anyone know if this excits or how do it? member not on vb3 on vB2.3.0!
