trouble ticket
 
this is a hell of a idea, for a support forum hack, a "trouble ticket" where instead of just a normal post, there are feilds u have to fill in (what they are and what ones are required or optional can be set by the admin) i run a gaming site, so things like what system, what game, things like that

but thi could be used for anyting, i got the idea after looking at rackshacks trouble ticket system

anyone think thats worth doing?
