Importing Into A "clean" database

Is there a way to import threads and users from an existing vb database into a fresh one - without me having to go thru the existing database and removing all the additional queries (yeah, I know I'm lazy and should just do it.. but I'm worried about destroying it beyond all repair LOL) and then just reinstalling vb?
