Is there a way I can insert php code on the top and bottom of every page?

Where do you mean? In the templates?

Well it doesn't matter whether its in the templates or in teh .php files. I just want to know the easiest way if possislbe to have php code at top/bottom of every page.

You can either use phpinclude template, or global.php
