Let me provide some background:

47000+ registered members (since 1999)
2739 members have visited the site in last week
4689 members have visited the site in last month
17000+ posts are made each week

We have roughly 20 vb.org hacks plus five internal customizations. Our next addition will be vbGlossary when people get finished with the definitions.

We use PhotoPost 4.01 for our gallery and have the Journal and Links Directory hacks installed.

Honest feedback and suggestions will be gladly accepted. We are open to an exchange of ideas. How does our site look to the end user? Technically and aestheticly. Any suggestions for modifications that would enhance the user experience?

The style set is very nice. However, I am extremely opposed to the content, and regardless of what your footer disclaimer may say and what your intentions may be, your site will encourage drug use in some form.

Yes, we bought the original skin for about US$30. The site (http://www.vbforumskins.com/) is down right now but I believe it was called the Platinum skin. The skin has probably been modified about 25% by our technical staff. I think the amount of white space between posts was reduced, the file size of the images was reduced and some other changes were made. We also replaced parts of the skin with some custom images made by our staff members. Some other changes might have been made to improve the continuity when we converted from UBB to vb, but I guess 75% of what you see is the Platinum skin. :)

I have to agree with filburt, dispite your footer, it seems like a promotion of using these drugs and the threads in the forums seem to be about using the drug.

The criticisms were also helpful because it reminded me that we need to put a link to our official policy statements in the footer. The short blurb helps a little but our official explanations go into more depth.
