Administrator login trouble
I have been experiencing from the beginning a small but yet annoying problem, maybe that's supposed to be so, but maybe it isn't.
Here's the problem: When i check a users profile, and i want to change the user's settings, i just click on the link User Options link below in the profile. I am logged in as an administrator, but why on earth do i have to fill in my username & password? That just bugs me, just wondering if that's normal... (I added 2 attachments to make it a little bit clearer...) |

if you log into the board as admin then go to admin panel you have to log in again. But if u have already logged into the admin panel in the same session as you are on the board and close admin cp down and stay on board. When u go back to admin cp u dont have to log in. LOL im confusing meself and yeah i agree its very annoying indeed but is just one of lifes little probs we have to live with. |
But Super Moderators, don't have that trouble accessing the User Options without having to fill in their username & password.
So why keep bugging the Admin? The admin's cookie already got the info that he's the admin right? So why would it needs to verify that once more? Oh well, i can live with it, but it's very annoying! :) |
