Explanations about french vbulletin forum
 

Hello,

I'm Albibak, administrator of http://www.vbulletin-france.com.

I would like to make things clear on some points.
First of all, i announce that i post this message on www.vbulletin.com and
www.vbulletin.org, this is not a spam, but just an information for everyone.

1) The boards www.vbulletin-france.com, www.vbulletin-fr.com and www.vbressources.com are
differents from each other and get along very well. Some confuse the three boards, and believe
pm sent are spam, but it's not !! So please excuse us if we caused an embarrassment.

2) We are a forum of mututal aid on vBulletin, and we thank a lot all the hackers who authorize us to translate
and diffuse their hacks, and that's why we put their names in each translation we make as well as
the original link to the post (ex: http://www.vbulletin-france.com/foru...ead.php?t=4175).

I hope everything will be clear for you now, and that you will forgive us the problems.

Now, we only ask for individuals authorizations, and we will make our own hacks.

here here, albibak has really put effort into making his comunity and its not fair for some of you to brush it off as just another place for hacks its a genuine place ! well done

I belong to an other french forum, and it's as required by Jelsoft that Albibak asked to some hackers their agreement to translate their hacks.

I don't think the aim was to spam hackers, and I'm sure some hackers didn't make any difference between vbulletin-fr.com and vbulletin-france.com

As far as I'm concerned, I'm supermoderator on vbressources. The existence of these 2 others forums doesn't disturb me if each one stay quite, and it's not by always attacking other forums that the situation will be better.

Some members of the french community understood it and try to make it better, this is a good thing, everyone should make its best so that this situation be better :banana:

It's just coz it's hard to stay a forum alive with personal hacks that some want a right to translate. Some french guys try to make personal hacks and to diffuse them (here or on their own forum)

Don't reopen a polemic in this thread, it's not usefull and it could only be a prew of your non-respect of people and other forums :ogre:

i am administrator with grog6 and i agree with him.

There is 3 french boards... for the moment it's like that :)

Everything is fine for almost all the teams, and everyone do the best he can for his team that's all :)

I said community instead of communities, cause the members of each forums represent it. We work for them, our aim is trying to give the best support as we can for everyone, not depending on the fact one is coming from a forum or another-one.

Some of us in each forum have understood that, not all, it's a pitty, because I think it's the most important thing we should apply to become credible to your eyes (and also to the eyes of our community...)
I hope in the near future, we wont let the fate decide, as today and make our own choices, but the right ones for the french community.

So I agree with lumina : let give peace a chance please, it's the best choice we could ever do ;).

it's good to see the three forums managed to sort their problems out to co-exist, altho i still feel it would be better for everyone if you merged, maybe even had one for unhacked boards, one for hacks and hacked board support and one for templates, with a forum link for each one like on vb.com to here. (still think the template mods from this place should be handled by vBT btw) anyway, good luck to your albi, you seem a genuine guy from what i've spoken to you and i've enjoyed talking to you, you're respectful and humble, that's a nice thing to come across these days.
