I installed lesane store hack, and I get this error message.. PLEASE HELP!!!

whats should I do,,,, thankyou for the help, do i need too edit any of the php files? anything?.....

also i think because of the Lesane installation it made this error when i try to make new categories and forums,

You didn't run the queries it tells you to run in the installation of the hack :)
