template width problem.. simple.. shots (help)

aight now i got my forum all sexy and whatnot.. anyways.. in one of the sections i added another forum so its like

FORUM / FORUM THING / SUB FORUM

well....... when i do that the footer width is like 100% and well when its just like without the sub forum.. the width is as i set it 780 pixels.. ive attached the shots

without sub forum.

and here is with the sub forum.. oh and i need the sub forum. so if u can tell me which template is causing it i be happy.
