A Page of Discussion

I thought, since I'm the King of going off-topic in my own thread, that I'd create a thread, for going off-topic ;).

What we do in this thread is, the person who starts a new page with their post, sets the new topic of discussion, and a page of discussion is to be set on that topic set, and then we change it again once someone starts a new page :). If the person who started a new page didn't set one and you're next to reply, SET ONE!

So I'll set the first topic (try to be in-depth enough):

Sleep. Who doesn't get enough? Who gets too much? Do you prefer and can live with 4 hours a night? Or do you end up sleeping 10 hours or sometimes 16 hours?

I myself sleep VERY late (4-6am) and wake up VERY late (1-3PM) and have lunch VERY late, have dinner at normal time and never have breakfast.

I get the right amount of hours sleep every day though so I'm not complaining :)

This won't work very well for users with different per-page settings ;)

As for sleep, I either get way to much or not enough. I tend to find it easier to stay up through the night and sleep through the day. If I have to be up early I can guarentee that I won't get enough sleep *heh*

I could live with only a few hours of sleep, but if no one wakes me up, I'll sleep for 10-12 hours. :(

I go to bed around 11 PM and wake up when I wake up (usually 10 AM). If I have to get up at a certain time, I space it such that I have at least eight hours of sleep. As an MD, I'm sure Erwin would agree that sleep is really important.

Talking about sleep, I only slept 3 hours last night because I upgraded my server remotely from Red Hat 7.3 to 9. :) It's tough being at work now and feeling tired.

I've been sleeping a lot lately, last night i went to sleep at 1:30 and woke up at 11 AM.
But it changes, like sometimes i sleep at 5am and wake up at 12 PM, i always get enough sleep though, i just go to sleep at weird hours.

People shouldn't fiddle with settings

@Link3563353: I have that same problem, if no one wakes me up, I will sleep for days

I rarely sleep, since I have a problem with it - but I couldnt sleep last night cos I was absolutley hammered (drunk)

I get about 2/3 hours of sleep a night now.:(

well as im in the UK and its now around 5:42am and iv not been to sleep yet i guess you can say i dont sleep very well. I dont feel tired so i dont see any reason i should just go to bed to lie awake. Id say im like assassingod, i get a few hours of sleep at best but i feel fine so whatever works works i guess

I tell myself I'm going to sleep at 10:00pm, so I can wake up at 6:00am. Reality is I go to bed most of the time at 11:00pm, some nights at 12am, and then when I really procrastinate it's 1:00am. I seem to always wake up between 7-8am though... but I need to change my habits before college starts.
