navigation, and border problems
 

i modified my welcome msg, and some how i moved the:

vBulletin.org Forum > Code Hacks > Support > navigation

how it is at the top, i installed some hack from here and now its down at the bottom but i don't remember what template or style it is in.

my bar is down at the bottom, which template is this information at so i can move it back to the top.... for a view check out:

secondly

if you look at the forums, i'm trying to get rid of the bottom scroll bar so i set tablewidths to 98% and also stys tablewidth, to 98 but now the border color runs over, does anyone know how to fix this?
