Win2k opening .txt files in browser
After my computer being infested with viruses, I've spent all day playing with partitions, formatting and installing Windows 2000 Professional. Something weird I've just noticed when downloading .txt files though is that instead of asking whether you want to open them with notepad or download them, it opens them in Internet Explorer.
How can I stop this from happening? There must be a way.. :nervous: [high][EDIT][/high] Upgraded to Internet Explorer 6 SP1 from Internet Explorer 5 and all works fine.. :) |
