Integration with PHP Live!

Hey. I am opening a forum based on computing and technology. I want to offer support to all of my registered users of my site for anything about computers. I want to buy PHP Live!, as it seems like the pro. way to give support. I want this to integrate into vBulletin.

The screen name does not have to go in the chat name (although it would be a really nice feature), but I want it to be impossible for people to use the support program unless they are registered and logged in. Possible? It is something I would love.

Possible? Yes, but no one can determine how big the hack would be without the PHP Live source code...
