was this hack ever released? if so can i have it please :) if not can someone make/replicate it :)

You could try using filburt1's 'Canned Text'

All you have to do is hide it from normal members and add your rules. Thats it basically.

It's actually just a vBCode. Someone released it at vB.com - just search for it there.

sorry to be a pain erwin; after searching for rules, rule, reminder, remind and "rules reminder" i came up fruitless, can i request another clue?
