Okay, I have mods/smods who likes to ban members without pming either me or another admin why (nor, we don't even know who ban them either)... so I want a hack that pretty much keeps logs of who banned a user and when a mod/smod is banning someone it well ask that mod/smod to put in a discription why they're banning that user... now that discription and the mod/smod who bans the user (and the user who was ban) shows up on this one page on the admin cp.... like:

Mod/SMod --------- Discription why ---------- User Who was ban

something like that...

I also want a hack that places check marks on every posts and a "delete" button on the bottem that well quickly lets you delete multi-posts at one time and when deleteing those post well take you to a page asking if you are sure you want to delete those posts...
