I already try to download some files from this forum after registering and I understand that this isn't possible because I am not licensed. Please help me with all necesary steps for have access to download files from this forum!

You cannot download anything from these forums unless you are licensed. In fact you have no reason to do so since this would mean you are running vBulletin illegally. I'm sure you wouldn't do anythng like that, right?

very easy:

Step 1: go to vbulletin.com and order vBulletin
Step 2: enter your vbulletin.org Email Addy here
Step 3: nothing more needs to be done
