how to run a query?
 

im new to hacking. ive installed prob 15 hacks so far but some of them tell me to run a query or to upload a .php file into my admin folder and run it or follow the instructions. i have no clue how to 'run' it. when i look at the file i just see a bunch of code, nothing legible.

i can makeand edit templates just fine, and have no prob editing the php files when it tells me where to cut and paste or replace etc... i just have no idea how to use these installers.

To 'run' a file simply type in the address for the file (ie. upload 'install_a_hack.php' to the admin folder, type in your browser, www.your-forums.com/admin/install_a_hack.php)
