SocketMail LiTE - Hack
 

Can someone do a SocketMail LiTE intergration hack?

Would haveto buy script to know if it`s possible to integrate it :(

They will give you a copy to use if you are willing to do a real good intergration.

Wouldn`t be certain on if I could integrate until I saw the way it was coded.. Looking at the Live Demo it looks like each section has it`s own file so integration shouldn`t be as difficult as if the code was unstructured, but that`s really just a guess..

I`m currently in the process of tightly integrating Belchior Foundry's vcardpro into vb.

Perhaps some more details on what needs to be integrated? Is it just the vB/SocketMail users or other things as well?

I'm not a well known respected vbhacker (as can be seen by the title under my name) I`m quite new to VB, but have previously hacked phpBB, VersatileBB, OpenBB and MercuryBoard.. So I have a lot of experience with PHP, and my experience with VB is growing daily.. (although I should point out I`m currently working with v2.30 not v3)

Well, here is my list:

1. New members get a free email account automatically when they register on the forum.
2. Existing members can sign up for an account.
3. SocketMail LiTE shares the same user name and db with vB or it shares the whole db with vB by creating the SM db tables and structure in the same db as vb
4. Icon throughout the vB shows the user if he/she has new emails.
5. In socketmail the user can see if he has new PMs
6. if user has email account with SM, the email member emails the member to his built in/SM email address
