Unsubscribe Threads by userid

With the built unsubscribe feature in the admin CP, you can unsubscribe all users to specific threads by ID or based on a number of days.

What I would like is to be able to enter a userid and unsubscribe that user from all threads he is subscribed to.

Is this possible? Can anyone do this?
