Template Screwed-Up
When I added the Welcome Panel hack I changed around a few things on the vBskinz skin "air" and since the Welcome hack didn't show the instructions for that type of template i did my best to create one, but i had some faults. The link is www.vortex-forums.net As you can see the Users Online isn't together exactly right and at the bottom (all of the index page) there is a major black spot.
