VB3 Attach MP3's

A friend wanted to attach a mp3, so I added this to Attachments>Extentions:

When I goto attachment>browse... then I add it, then hit ADD then I wait for a min, then I get a Tech Error, with no email. Whats wrong with it? Is there any kind of mp3 player attacher? Like I've seen for wav's

It is very unreliable to try to attach large files via web-based methods. Try searching for attaching large files here :)

I can't find anything about VB3 file size :(
