Need guidance on updating
 
I have feared this for so long so I have avoided it to the max, however I know it's time for me to just do it....

I have version 2.2.6 and need to upgrade to 2.3.0, however I have so many hacks in there I am scared of what will happen. Last time I upgraded, I went from 2.2.2 to 2.2.6 using Araxis Merge and things did okay, but now I am just scared.

When you guys upgraded from older versions to 2.3.0 did any of you use Araxis Merge? If so can you please tell me what to do again?

It has been so long I don't remember lol

Do upgrade. 2.2.6 has some well-known security loopholes.
